Mobile MLS Search Has Arrived

7/9/2012 – The ARMLS APP, which incorporates Goomzee, has now been published: Check it out.

Goomzee Mobile MLS gives ARMLS Subscribers FREE access to ARMLS listings on any web-enabled mobile device (Smartphones, iPad, tablets, etc) as a member benefit.  Quick searches and Advanced searches operate similarly to flexmls but Goomzee takes it one step further with Location searches. Location searches use your location to show listings nearby. Be sure to check out the Quick Start Guide or follow the instructions below to access Goomzee:

1. Visit http://armls.goomzee.com or scan the QR Code on your mobile device.
2. Use your flexmls Agent ID. Make sure your device isn’t auto-capitalizing your Agent ID as capital letters matter in Goomzee. So if your ID is xx0123, make sure your device doesn’t capitalize it to Xx0123.
3. Use your flexmls password, tap or click “Login”.
4. Enjoy! Be sure to check out the Quick Start Guide.

    Because I use this a lot i added it to the home screen on my iPhone.

    That way it feels more like a native app than having to open safari, type in the url or find a bookmark etc.

    I get same error Mike did about user channel not enabled. I’ll see if goomzee support can help.

    Awesome app and about time we got something really usable for the phone. Just one comment, add the unit or apt number to the initial display so you do not have to go thru several listings at the same address to find the one you are looking for.

    Thanks, this looks pretty good! I haven’t played around with it a lot but it sure beats having to try and fire up the laptop.

    Those who have used it with an iPad, I am wondering if it will work at native resolution, or is it like the iPhone apps that have to zoom in?
