    Wow! this chart says it all. You see the correction in 2012 when renters wanted to be buyers again, the only issue now is trying to find a house for the potential buyers. The other thing I see with this chart is population in Phoenix has had explosive growth over the past 10 years so it’s no surprise the number of closed rentals have continued to climb.
